Store Rules & Refund Policy

By purchasing any product on this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

§1 – General

All purchases made on this store are for digital goods on a Minecraft server network. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these rules in full.

§2 – No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchase, except in cases where we have made a verified error (e.g. wrong package delivered, item not received due to a server-side technical fault). Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via our Discord.

§3 – Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first is strictly prohibited. Any player who files a chargeback will be permanently banned from all servers without exception. We reserve the right to take further action to recover the disputed amount.

§4 – Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the Minecraft account and the payment method used. We are not liable for purchases made by unauthorized third parties (e.g. younger siblings). Always ensure you are buying the correct package before completing your purchase.

§5 – Server Changes

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter any package, perk, or rank at any time. Purchased ranks and perks are tied to our server network – we are not obligated to compensate for changes made to gameplay, server content, or features.

§6 – Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian.

§7 – Contact
